There you will see the “Best Execution Order Routing” home page. At the bottom of the page you will see a field where you can enter the name of GFS’s clearing broker-dealer, Raymond James. Please scroll down on the drop-down menu and select “RAJA Raymond James & Associates”. Then you may choose the quarter for the order routing data for a given calendar quarter, either in .xml or .pdf format.
For Order Routing information where Pershing, LLC is the executing broker-dealer, please access the following link: . https://www.orderroutingdisclosure.com/ There, you will need to enter Global Financial Services, LLC (and, or, select the name from the drop-down menu). Ensure that you are making the request for desired calendar quarter and hit “Display”. Regarding the Order Routing statistics displayed, the following explanation should be considered:
GFS routes a percentage of its SEC 606-covered securities to its clearing broker, Pershing LLC, for routing and execution. GFS does not receive compensation for directing order flow to Pershing LLC. Pershing LLC receives compensation for directing a portion of the order flow. Pershing LLC’s affiliate, BNY Mellon Capital Markets, may act as principal when an order is routed to its market making desk.
